Online AHA courses?

Don't have time to attend a full First Aid or CPR class?

Did you know the American Heart Association has online courses available?

Online versions are available for BLS for Healthcare Providers, Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, and First Aid and CPR.

Go online to onlineAHA.org to take the classroom portion of the course online, at your own pace. Then, see an AHA instructor to test your skills, and you're all done. No need to sit in a classroom for hours, and you will receive the same certification card as if you did!

Due to the regulatory nature of the course for childcare workers, there is no online version of the Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid course. The course must be taken in the classroom.

Everyday Heroes Training Center knows having to get all your employees certified in the appropriate level of training can be difficult. That's why we try to make it as easy as possible to get your CPR and First Aid training.
Any of our emergency care programs can be brought to you. Whether you are a medical clinic, dental clinic, school or daycare center, we will tailor a CPR or first aid class to your needs.

CPR for Everyone

You don't need any medical training at all to learn the life-saving skill of CPR. No matter what your level of training is, the American Heart Association has a course for you.
For the laypublic, there are Heartsaver courses for any need...CPR/AED, First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens.
For child care providers, there is the Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid course, which includes CPR/AED, First Aid, use of Epinephrine Auto-injectors. This course is approved by regulatory agencies in all 50 states for child care providers.
Healthcare workers can take BLS for the Healthcare Provider, including 1 and 2 person CPR, AED, use of a bag-valve-mask, and adult, child, and infant choking.
Advanced healthcare providers, including paramedics and nurses, must take Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
And for those with busy schedules, AHA recently added online courses in all but the Pediatric First Aid course. The online courses allow you to do the classroom portion on the computer on your own time, then have an AHA instructor evaluate your skills, nearly eliminating the time stuck in a classroom.
With all these options, especially the online option, there is really no excuse for not learning these skills.
